我曾经提过一个泰国丝绸缝制的手提袋去旅行，刚好进去了间卖丝绸的店，和那老板谈了谈，原来他在东南亚拥有多间的分行，而且普通一条丝绸的衣服都要卖上千元的（店里面最便宜的都算上几百美金那种）。奇怪的是他坚持说我的手提袋一定是在某某地方买的，还问我到底是几千元。。我说没有啦，就上次在泰国玩的时候买的，很便宜罢了，结果他就回我一句“我在这行几十年。。什么布没摸过”，我就由他来说个够咯。当时我才穿间短裤和T-shirt，全身上下没件是超过一百元的，却硬被人家说成千金似的，暗自高兴啦~ 这不是第一次，所以我更肯定，只要你打扮端庄，谈吐有贵气，自然什么都会变成名牌货了。
有些人非常刻意炫耀名牌，人家听了笑笑保持沉默，只是不想失仪态而已，其实世上还有很多更有料的人，只是他们不出声而已，当在看把戏。提着名牌包包又如何呢，谁谁谁的男友是名人又如何，那不是自己要的生活，很累吧？赢的时候就沾沾自喜，说说别人的“酸葡萄论”； 当某天发觉输了给某某人，就不得了咯，加把劲再比，何苦。其实我有时候真的不了解为何我对名牌货无动于衷的。。是我有问题吗？还是用名牌货已成为社会风气，而我还融不进这种风气。
我本身对衣服和包包，是抱着属于短期更换性质的态度吧，我很喜欢配搭，所以不会忠于某一个牌子。想想我其实都有买一些名牌配件的，大减价的时候，去outlet就行了。遗传了爸的艺术家细胞，我最喜欢的风格，就是自己的style，最舒服了。所以不需问我到底花多少钱在穿着上，因为我去shopping很少买衣服的，买护肤品就多，肤质不够好，所以钱要花在有等值交易的东西上。
花钱买一个名牌，我宁愿把那些钱用来买几样东西，加上mix and match，就可以以不同风格来搭配出多种style了。我蛮赞成我的auntie说的，同样的价钱，你可以有多样化的outcome，何不呢？就算衣服是名牌，你也不能每天穿同一件的啊！是哦，所以我都觉得名牌货是有钱人的玩意儿，我还玩不起，又何必跟自己的荷包过不去。

喝咖啡也可以减肥
我现在正喝着咖啡。。 很高兴看到大家的支持（佳礼的美眉们）。越来越有uhm要写下去了。
对了，喝咖啡也是一门学问哦。美眉们都有喝咖啡吧。其实喝咖啡有排水消肿的作用，只要是不加糖不加奶的斋啡，适当的饮用，可以有瘦身瘦脸的效果。
早上起床时如果看到自己好像水肿，可以喝杯斋啡，半个小时后就可以达到排水的效果（上厕所咯）。不过如果你有胃痛的，要注意了，千万别空着肚子喝咖啡哦，很削胃的。
这里有篇如何选喝星巴克的咖啡的文章（不过是英文的），我用了一些时间来把Starbucks咖啡以卡路里分类了，所以下次美眉们到星巴克的时候，就知道要如何order咯。

公主的护肤论 - 蜜糖
护肤跟照顾健康一样的，有病就要吃药，但不是长期吃着，然后突然间停止服用，哪有人没事天天吃感冒药的，那是吸毒吧，戒毒时不痛苦是假的。护肤品就像维他命和保健品（supplements），可以用，但是只需使用你真正需要的分量，缺什么就补什么，也一样有人虚不受补哦。不过还是一句，同“肤”不同命。很多时候我们真的要跟我们的皮肤好好沟通，至少了解它的“性格”到底是怎么样的，然后才能掌握应有的美容方式。我就是那么一个例子，我不上美容院的，因为太贵的，我还去不起，半途而废可能更糟；中等级的，可能产品不适合（亚洲人皮肤多数不能承受欧美产品的。。）；便宜的，我不想拿我的脸蛋给他当试验品。所以唯一可以符合我的原则，就是自己动手。
我偏爱用天然物品来护肤，最爱的就是蜜糖！蜜糖其实是很神奇的，不只治标还可以治本，又可以内服外敷，很棒！不过，要用的话，就用MANUKA蜜糖，高品质的才可以担保没有其他不适蜜糖的糖分在内。小龙女也只靠蜂蜜来续命，我想那是蛮有根据的，它也是我的灵药。
个人经验：我有个同事脸上长了一些斑点，就去找医生诊治，医生开了一瓶药膏给她，过了两天，不但没好转，反而恶化了。。不只脱皮、红肿，还好像灼伤一样。过后他就去找中医，中医说没大碍，只要停止涂药膏，只用清水洗脸，就会好了。两天后，我看她脸上笑容都没了，红肿紧绷着的皮肤。。看了都心寒。。
又过了两天我终于忍不住问她“你不痛的吗？！”
“痛！痛到我快疯掉啦！”
我就跟她说“相信我吗？你放工后去买瓶MANUKA蜜糖，然后回家用清水洗脸，轻拍掉脸上的水分后，把一茶匙的分量向整个脸涂一遍，15-20分钟后洗掉，你就会明白什么是舒缓痛楚的感觉了。”
周末后回来，我终于看到她的脸上有回笑容了，问她“怎么样？拯救成功了吧？”
“是噢，真的很神奇！连我的侄女都吓呆了。一涂下去的时候痛得真要命！不过很快的脸上就有点凉凉的感觉，好像很滋润。”
“消毒着哪有不痛的嘛。不消毒的话，你就严重了。”
“是咯。皮肤好像还润过之前也。。神奇。。”

爱美无罪。。我不是败家啦
公主购物录。。。对了，上两个星期我又去shopping啦~ 我发觉我真的很少买鞋子哦。o.O|| 这次一口气添了3双！（2双高跟的，和1双平底的）喜酒喝多了，不能总是穿来穿去都是同样的那几双高跟鞋啊。。 今年喝喜酒喝到我怕。。 穷弊了！
奇怪吗？女人不买鞋子。。我好像是家里唯一一个女的不疯鞋子的，连我阿妈的鞋子都比我多。。（所以阿妈时不时就会“念”我，说我总是对鞋子爱理不理）。我是这样的啦，鞋子两双好像就够了，但是洋装好像多多都不能满足我的欲望！我超爱穿洋装的，可能我个子比较小，又不高，所以飘逸的花裙子可以让我看起来比较修长吧。很多人都说我比较适合穿花裙，而且我也很喜欢鲜色参杂的效果，人看起来都精神得多。不要以为黑白配很单调，其实不是的。（看看我过去的照片吧，我旅行时都会带碎花洋装）
后来，我在想，其实我不满意我的照片，大多数都是因为脸肿肿的，哎。。。baby fat ><|| 没办法，年龄还没过30，自然消肿无效。。（女王说的）所以呢。。我真的花了很大的功夫来瘦脸。发觉美国人都有这个问题，不然的话，我的瘦脸文章读者统计数字就不会那么多数来自美国的了。。当然我这个没有人气的“作家”有900-1000个人读你的文章，已经算很安慰了吧。
我还是不死心，我要V型脸！！一定要在半年里丢掉我至少一半的baby fat，再去拍婚纱照。结果口袋又“穿洞”了咯，买了Clarins Shaping Facial Lift瘦脸霜，算是我用过的脸霜最贵的一次。还好，两天后就有点效果了，朋友有feedback说我的脸好像有紧肤了的感觉。。嘿嘿。。 （暗自高兴，钱给了至少还有些回报）要脸蛋消肿的美眉也可以一试无妨。小盒的是柜台小姐给的试用样本，所以我没拿出来。
再来。。买了含24K金箔的眼霜，蛮受欢迎的牌子Bio-Essence。把金涂在脸上好像有点奇怪，不过既然黄金可以抗氧化、防潮湿、耐腐蚀、防变霉、防虫咬、防辐射。。。那么就必涂无疑！等过了一个月后眼袋有没有消失一半。
女人不保养，真的很容易残的，所以我还是继续喝我的胶原蛋白质，继续每天做脸部按摩，尽量保持素颜（最多拍一拍松粉和画眼眉），护肤是重要过化妆的！不要吝啬投资自己，让自己耀眼起来；天生条件不好并不是什么大件事，凡事都有补救方法啊，只要肯踏出那一步，你就可以发亮。我就是那么一个例子，真不敢相信竟然还会被羡慕皮肤好。。（我还不是被痘痘缠了好多年，现在时不时还要倒回来作“同病相怜”的人的顾问，还好，算是有救了他们的脸蛋）
抛开靠Photoshop的宿命， 姐妹们大家一起来猪扒变女神（我可喜欢猪猪的哦，虽然我比较偏爱熊熊），让那些批评你的男人大掉眼镜！最好连眼睛都掉出来。爱美无罪，谁说爱美会败家呢！
我不是要变花瓶，我只是对自己的样貌尽最大的责任而已。每当起床后照镜子，人都会开心一点，心情好，一整天就自然会自信满满啦！我常对自己说，我不需要名牌，我自己当名牌就好了。欢迎美眉们齐来交换心得。

Do you drink collagen too?
Collagen drink is really getting hot now. And if you ask me if I'm consuming collagen too, I'll say... of course lah! There are so many brands in the market, and if you go to Watson's or Guardian, you can easily find 3 to 4. I've been comparing the ingredients of a few brands to optimize my ROI (return on investment). If you know me better, you would have known that I've spent a lot of effort on my skin until I've become an expert (almost...haha).
