1. Drink at least nine 8-ounce glasses of water a day. 2. Eat at least three servings of fruits and three servings of vegetables every day. 3. Just say no to alcohol. 4. Increase your intake of calcium. 5. Hold the salt. 6. Everyday, cut 250 calories and burn 250 calories. 7. Do strength training.
